Stage 1: Hiring Camp
Stage 1: Hiring Camp
Every quarter we launch our three-month hiring camps where we provide tailored training to each cohort's members and talents based on your needs (e.g. scrum master, empowerment trainings), whether it is in IT, Marketing, Finance or Project Management.

Stage 2: Traineeship
Stage 2: Traineeship
After completing the camp, our talents are ready to join your team: Over the next 9-12 months our Female High Potentials will bring fresh expertise and drive as trainees. We stay by your side and provide continuous support with trainings, skill-building workshops and integration programs.

Our Female Accelerator Program is the leading hiring program for women with a migrant or refugee background in Germany. Our unique approach is due to our exceptional talents and their profiles that are often overseen by traditional recruiters. Most of FAP’s women have studied, speak several languages and are highly motivated to kick-start their future career in Germany. Companies from previous cohorts frequently praise the positive impact the program and their trainees have had on the entire organisation, the workplace culture and atmosphere.
Additionally, we have created a community of companies committed to making a change in society by championing Diversity Excellence and are actively showing that integration works.
Do Female High Potentials speak English? What are their qualifications?
Do Female High Potentials speak English? What are their qualifications?
Most of our Female High Potentials speak German and/or English at an advanced level. Our women often have higher education degrees (bachelor, master).
All our talents have a valid work permit (“Arbeitserlaubnis”). With this permit, they are allowed to work in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

At socialbee, we intentionally focus on those most affected by the gender, ethnic, and skills gap: women with refugee and migrant backgrounds, many of whom are highly qualified but often end up working in low-skill jobs. socialbee is a non-profit organisation. The majority of our funding comes from the revenue of our programs and cooperations. In case you are interested about supporting us through alternative means, you can find more information in the “Support” section of our website.
