Yes, they do! All of our network’s and socialbee talents speak German, often on a fluent or on an advanced level. If their German skills are more basic level, we support our talents in improving their German skills.

We have also seen that language skills improve the quickest when our talents are employed and actively using German in their work.

Rarely. This is due to our talents’ home countries usually not being countries where English is the mother tongue or administrative language. Our trainings and qualifications are usually held in German.

All of socialbee’s talents have a valid work permit (“Arbeitserlaubnis”). With this permit, they are allowed to work in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

In the rare case that the talent doesn’t have a valid work permit, we will support them with the permit request. socialbee will only present and place talents with partners once the permit has been delivered.

The pricing of our offer depends on several parameters. This is also the reason why we ask for more information in our get-to-know. Your industry, the talents’ required qualifications, job locations, starting dates, etc all play into the individual offer we will create for you.
